The Balcon, Sofitel St James
This recently opened Balcon restaurant sits within Sofitel St. James on Pall Mall and has positioned itself as a new destination restaurant within the heart of London.
With 168 covers, the extensive refurbishment incorporated the restaurant, lounge and charcuterie bar, along with a new cocktail bar. Double height ceilings, sculptural light fittings and hand-crafted furnishings lend the dining room an air of discreet opulent grandeur.
Giving the restaurant its Gallic name, the room is dominated by a beautiful champagne terrace over a central champagne bar.
